Warranty
All pre-owned watches come with 12 months warranty provided by us.
All new watches come with 1-5 years manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.
Our warranty does not cover bracelet, straps, case, crown, crystal / glass, water resistance, nor any damages caused by improper handling or negligence

We accept the following payment methods:
For local transactions-
Cash
Bank transfer (All banking charges are for account of the payer)
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay, with 3% surcharge)

For international transactions-

Shipment
The price quoted exclude the shipping fee, customs, taxes and duties.
We ship the purchased item to customers with Fedex and all shipments will be fully insured.
We usually ship worldwide except for some locations due to security issues. In such cases, we would suggest customers to arrange pick up in person.

Condition
All watches are sold as described. We will accurately describe the current condition of the watches to our best ability

Return
We only accept return if the condition of the purchased item is not as described. Please contact us within 48 hours from the date of collection.
The returning item should be shipped to us within 2 days after the notification.
We will notify you by email once we have received your return.
Returned items should be in the same condition as sold by us (including all packings, tags etc). Otherwise, the items would be non-refundable.
We will conduct a full inspection of the returned item, provided the watch is returned in the exact same condition, we will arrange a full refund deducting the shipping and insurace costs.
Refund will be arranged within 3 working days after inspection.
